More than 25 years experience in agile software development, starting as a programmer of a web based editorial system back in the late 90s, teached me the main success factor of software development: enabling the contributing individuals to strive for excellence and creating vivid communities for collaboration. Eventually I ended up at Siemens as a Software Architect and later had the chance to introduce agile methodology at BMW. Since then I worked in various IT roles for the Bavarian OEM, incl. being a Product Owner in a scaled agile environment. At the moment I work as an Agile Master on a domain level. Together with my team I am responsible for twelve products and 60 BizDevOps teams. I lead the LeSS Huge adoption within our domain and drive Value Stream Management and Backlog Visualization on enterprise level.
