Wartsila is an international corporation with tens of thousands of employees. Within it, we are a Digital R&D organization of about 130 people originally siloed in 11 separate teams, each with one PO and own backlog, and some clustered in tribes with Chief Product Owner (CPO).
In December 2021 we decided to break the silos, aim at one product, one backlog, one PO.
In this event we will open up our story and our journey leading us to LeSS and our experiences with it, following more than one year of a committed adoption.
Participating in the event will be John Kop: PO, and Roy Klein: Scrum Master, both working in Wartsila's digital R&D for years, and leading the adoption.
