A sum of 15 years of experience delivering complex IT, web, and mobile projects with multiple technologies; out of which, Sarah has been practicing Lean and agile techniques for more than 5 years to help teams discover their way in different fast-growing local and multinational companies.

Sarah Youssef is an agile coach, she holds the certified professional scrum master (CSP-SM) and in her middle learning journey to acquire many more: started on Feb 2022 the Path to Coaching Program which enable acquiring ICF-ACC certificate. She has proven herself an expert, consistent collaborator with diverse backgrounds such as banking, healthcare, and telecommunications. Different roles have strengthened her abilities in communication and observation. She is energetic, a self-starter, a team builder, and brings order to chaos. She has successfully aided teams in their agile journey to adopt or improve their use of agile frameworks and practices to increase agility.
