• Change agent of Agile/SCRUM Transformation with LeSS Large Scale SCRUM framework
• Support Organization change (Agile Transformation with BizDevOps
• Internal Agile coach for 16 teams with 3 products (Mobile Consumer, Trading Business and Regulator Compliance product)
• Build Agile team’s mindset to share more and learn more.
• Internal trainning Agile/SCRUM to business user, developer and manager to working in their product.
• Helping team to interactions between the team and across product for reduce team dependency.
• Helping Product discovery team to execute their product goal (Epic, Story, Task) apply design thinking concept, user story mapping with MVP to get fasted feedback loop to improvement
