I breathed and acted Agile since I was introduced to it last 2009, with a programming background it was a struggle to transition to non-technical work but when I did It was smooth and accomplishing to see your team deliver value to the clients. I started as ScrumMaster and started trying out as a Product Owner on some projects. Then, with the change of time, I became involved in larger projects and I had to scale up my team. Now as the Agile Leader of my current organization I my accountability for the observation of the agile process rolled out to each team and individual. I aspire to become a Certified Scrum Trainer later.
