An agile transformation can be very stressful for employees as well as for the entire organization. The success depends to a large extent on manageable, aka healthy, transformation steps. But how can we find out whether a transformation step is "healthy" or stresses the organization too much?
In this follow-up experiment, we gain further insights into how we can prepare and carry out transformation steps that an organization can deal with in a salutary way and better achieve its goal.
