Many assume that the Essential Kanban Condensed Guide is the Kanban equivalent of the Scrum Guide. But then how do Kanban for Complexity(Kanplexity) and Tameflow (Kanban meets Theory of Constraints) fit into that. How about a minimal guide that can be used as a reference model for all things Kanban (for knowledge work). What if you could easily upgrade to Tameflow or Kanban for complexity without having to unlearn previously assumed truths?
