Learning Goals

You will learn where to find more information about LeSS and what to do if you are interested in adopting LeSS in your organization.
What do I get?
LeSS Framework: LeSS builds on top of the Scrum principles such as transparency, empiricism, cross-functional self-managing teams and provides a framework for applying that at scale. LeSS.works site offers an overview. It’s simple structural rules guides on how to adopt Scrum in large product development. It offers two variations of the framework: LeSS for up to 8 teams and LeSS Huge for more than 8 teams. The CLB course does not cover the details of these frameworks.
