Scaling Agile: Do More with LeSS

In this presentation at the annual Wolters Kluwer 'Day of the Project Manager', we provide an introduction to LeSS.

LeSS applies Scrum to organisations with multiple development teams. Understanding LeSS starts with understanding Scrum. For each of the Scrum elements, we need to reflect on how to achieve the same intended result while scaling to multiple teams. We will demonstrate how LeSS is a set of principles, guides and experiments with a deep organisational impact.

• What are the principles, framework and guides of LeSS?
• How is LeSS really Scrum?
• How to ensure that each team focuses on the global business goals, and not only on 'their' part?
