Since the creation of the Scrum Framework, a new function of a Change Agent has crystallized and is usually associated with Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches. Nowadays, hundreds of thousands of us call ourselves Change Agents. Yet, how many can truly claim sustainable success in this function? Systems modeling is crucial for this function. It can be necessary to initiate a framework adoption and continuosly improve afterwards.
