Ron Eringa is one of the founders of Evolutionary Leadership, a consultancy specialized in cultural transformation, organizational design, and decentralized leadership. He is also co-author of The Professional Agile Leader. With over 17 years of experience, Ron helps organizations grow toward greater autonomy and adaptability. Since 2014, he has been a Professional Scrum Trainer with Scrum.org, working closely with leaders and teams to support meaningful change. Ron regularly speaks at international conferences such as XPDays Benelux, Scrum Day Europe, and the LeSS Conference.
