Join us in the first Open Space of LeSS Netherlands since we started this community this year!
Before the summer we had interesting talks, valuable discussions afterwards and the opportunity to get to know each other. So we feel it is about time to start with a different more interactive type of meeting. Starting with Open Space this time and pretty soon we will also have a meetup with System Modeling to learn together.
So what to expect during an Open Space?
Typical topics brought by participants to an Open Space like this:
Are you struggling 'finding better ways' while the current organization should stay the same?
How to start simplifying your current organization?
Are you wondering if 'Build your method up, don't tailor it down' is needed or even possible?
Do you want to share how to help colleagues being a Team Output Owner?
Do you want to try out a Guide and need some extra tips or feedback on starting?
Quick introduction:
Open Space is a technique for organizing open discussions on topics people care about, based on self-organization. Regular Open Space sessions provide a forum for raising any topic and finding the right people to discuss it with, and taking action.
If you are new to Open Space, do not worry, we will take some time to introduce it to everybody.
