Scrum Event & Janet Gregory present:
Building quality into your process and your Product
ABSTRACT:
How does your team or organization measure quality?
Many agile teams measure process quality - how well they develop their product.
An example of measuring process quality might be cycle time or lead time. They don’t realize they’re forgetting about the product quality – which is what the customer cares about.
There are many things that go into a quality product. Janet explores the interaction between the development process (which includes testing) and different types of quality measures that organizations use.
She shares ideas about how a “good enough” process can make your product more valuable to customers. Discover different approaches you might use to measure your product’s quality.
