I worked there as a LeSS Coach and had a focus on:

• Help setting up and conducting the Overall- and Multi-Team Events for the first teams in the adoption with a focus on good practices for Refinement and Retrospectives.
• Help setting up new Requirement Areas together with the Scrum Masters and the Area Product Owners as well organizing the  Team-Selfdesign workshop.
• Team-lift-off and -building activities
• Coaching the Scrum Masters and Area Product Owners
• Launching and supporting communities
