Parts of my involvement are already well described in the case study. In addition, I would like to mention that I conducted several CLP Trainings for ADD employees, ADD mangers, and ADD partner departments as well as some suppliers. Working closely together with Konstantin and Paul since mid/end of 2016. After the mention one-day introduction ADD executive workshop, I was engaged full time until end of October 2018.
I worked with the Migration- and Executives Team on the organizational design and the desired working model. I was involved in the communication and collaboration with other development units, HR-department, working counsels and organizational approval department. Monthly participation in the ADD executive board.
