Workshop History & Case Origin
This workshop is grounded in the extensive experience of Evolutionary Leadership, a consultancy specializing in organizational evolution, cultural alignment, and decentralized leadership.
The workshop is a derivative of an intensive two-day workshop which we have facilitated with various clients. Participants at the LeSS Conference will experience a condensed version, retaining the essential insights and practical relevance of the original format.
Why Attend?
This workshop combines theory and practice. The practical experience will demonstrate how incremental structural adjustments — grounded in cultural realities — significantly enhance transformation outcomes. Participants will leave equipped with actionable insights and inspired to apply smarter structural design in their own organizations.
