LeSS Example

LeSS Example is a real showroom which serve as empirical evidence, illustrating the outcomes that arise when teams function within a large scale product development.

Every transformation is a journey fraught with difficulties. We frequently advise clients on the need to adapt their structures, mindsets, and cultures, but we understand that they may be skeptical. There's nothing more frustrating than trying to improve and seeing things get worse. It's often easier to revert to familiar, even ineffective, methods.

We understand that organizational change is a gradual process. You can't simply demand that a company become more creative, agile, or product-focused overnight.
Culture transformation is a complex journey requiring a more nuanced approach. But what does this actually mean in practice? What does a successful cultural transformation look like?

For us, we need concrete examples and actionable steps. That's why we wanted to create something tangible, something that can be implemented rather than just discussed.
We created LeSS Example to demonstrate tangible advantages of adopting LeSS by sharing our own experiences for people to visit and observe an environment of large scale product development, team collaboration and how Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) works in real life.
