In this talk, Sofia Pelzl gives answers based on her experiences in large-scale agile transformations applying LeSS, a systematic approach for large-scale product development.

She will give some theoretical introduction for the basic understanding, but the main part of the talk will be the experience reports from three different leSS Adoptions, she worked with over the last six years.
