We will explore the transformational journey of Agile coaching in the largest bank in the Czech Republic in the past three years. With a starting point of a hierarchical Tribe and Squad coaching structure, our story will reveal the transition toward a more cohesive and unified Agile coaching approach that has profoundly impacted the entire organization. We will delve into the challenges and breakthroughs experienced by our Team of Teams, comprised of fifty-five dedicated Agile coaches working together to serve the organization and help achieve its purpose. We will discuss essential techniques for fostering collaboration among us to achieve alignment and meaningful impact on the organization.
